The Moon & Saturn close together in the morning sky

Saturn can be seen close to the Moon late on the evening of the 31st and the morning of the 1st! The pair will be visible as they rise around 23:30 in the South East, they can be seen until dawn when they are lost to daylight in the South. The closest approach is at 02:40 the morning of the 1st.
